A Boomtown Rats (1975-1985) were the punk rock/New Wave group headed by Bob Geldof. Geldof was late known for organizing charity rock concerts like Band Aid (intended to help famine victims around Ethiopia), Live Aid, Live 8, and Hands Across America (intended to help homeless humans inside United states of america). Their greatest hit was "I Don't Like Mondays," which stayed at No. I in the UK stock and index charts for Little joe weeks. It commemorated a 1979 school shooting by 16-year old Brenda Ann Spencer, who claimed she have a go at it because she "[didn't] like Mondays."
